• About Kate Farms: A company focused on making nutrition the cornerstone of healthcare. • Position Overview: Focus on digital demand generation activities for Kate Farms. • Collaborate on developing a vision to maximize performance marketing efforts. • Utilize vision to drive channel mix and investment levels. • Oversee advertising operations and evaluate marketing spend. • Evaluate effectiveness of demand generation channels. • Communicate insights across acquisition channels. • Collaborate with Brand Managers for consistent brand voice. • Evaluate and test new marketing strategies based on best practices. • Own affiliate marketing strategy and execution. • Collaborate on annual media planning efforts based on company growth strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 - 7+ years of digital marketing experience in consumer goods or related industries • In-depth channel knowledge in Google, Bing, Programmatic, Meta, and TikTok • Experience managing paid media budgets >$1M/yr, preferably for a DTC company • Strong analytical skills • Passion for using data to derive insights and drive business and marketing decisions • Experience with web analytics and visualization tools • Proven experience effectively guiding external agency relationships • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strategic storyteller • Focus on being collaborative and team-oriented • Passion for problem solving at both strategic and executional levels • Demonstrated success managing staff and building high performing teams • Ability to perform high levels in a fast-paced work environment • Strong commitment to company mission and values • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment • Capacity to share and accept feedback willingly
