Description

• Perform quality review of operational interactions and/or processes to determine department performance. • Identifies and investigates operational gaps, trends and areas of opportunity for continuous process improvement. • Working in concert with management, establishing team level metrics, tracked with data to keep accountability within the day-to-day operations. • Monitors Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and other reporting tools ensuring at risk KPIs are tracked and the data is presented timely. • Suggest IT enhancement requests that will improve KPI/metric and staffing sustainability. • Completes data analysis and investigative research to determine contributing factors to KPI and CDRL results, providing insights. • Assists with researching and providing input into USG Contract Deficiency Reports (CDR). • Identifies operational issues and assists with developing recommendations. • Monitors and reports on operational goals, quality standards, processes, and procedures. • Assists with data collection and analysis. • Monitors operations quality ensuring adherence to service level standards and regulations to include Company and departmental policies and procedures. • Conducts other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. • Minimum 5 years’ experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data with proven ability to create and present reports. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with KPI dashboards and reporting tools, with a focus on tracking and resolving at-risk metrics. • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements • Preferred Experience in a Quality Assurance program • Experience in Logistics and Transportation Industry and/or HHG Industry. • Experience with USG contracts
