• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, or a similar role. • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Console, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, BrightEdge), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholder audiences. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data. • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-focused and results-oriented approach to decision-making.
