Description

• Oversees office-based team regarding account management, internal processes, performance metrics, ensuring all Company and functional policies, as well as standard operating procedures, are adhered to • Meets and coaches’ team on key company objectives outlined by management, including clearly defined expectations, assigning work/tasks appropriately, and ensuring that progress toward goals/objectives is being made • Analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborates with various internal teams to deliver measurable solutions • Supports and executes the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow • Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations • Support business development growth by assessing potential customer needs and presenting operations process and value to potential customers • Support and balance vendor sourcing to unify and increase profitability • Facilitates new account rollout • Facilitates software integrations between customer portals/user interfaces and the KBS IT department • Collaborates with other departments to identify procedural issues and trends • Works with Regional Operations Manager on performance management issues • Able to carry out the essential functions of this job (with or without reasonable accommodation) without posing a specific, current risk of substantial harm to health and safety of self and others • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

• Some prior management and leadership experience a plus • Landscape and Snow industry experience is a plus
