Description

• The Director of Sales Enablement will report to the VP of Sales, NorAm. • This leader will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to achieve their sales goals and drive revenue growth. • This individual will develop and implement strategies that enhance sales performance, streamline sales processes, and ensure alignment between sales and other key departments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, with at least 3 years in a leadership position • Experience working in the technology industry; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement strategies • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools • People management experience and a passion for attracting and developing talent • Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
