Description

• Keeper is hiring an experienced Director of SecOps to scale and oversee our Security Operations team. • This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area. • Keeper’s cybersecurity software is trusted by millions of people and organizations, globally. • Join one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies and gain valuable skills overseeing and enhancing our security operations capabilities. • The Director of SecOps will report to the VP of Security, Policy & Privacy and lead a team of industry experts to maintain and shape our security posture. • Your leadership will ensure the proactive monitoring, detection, and response to security threats in real-time. • Your team will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential threats, conducting forensic investigations and maintaining a robust incident response process.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing a security operations team • Extensive experience leading security operations in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company • Deep expertise in threat intelligence, incident response, SIEM, EDR/MDR, SOAR, vulnerability management, and red teaming • Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its practical application in threat hunting and detection • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing security operations teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Cyber Policy, Privacy, Compliance, IT, DevOps, and Engineering • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and GCTI are highly desirable • Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a US Person
