• Keller Executive Search is seeking ambitious professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our rapidly growing international recruitment firm. • We're experiencing significant growth in the U.S. market and need driven individuals who can help us scale our operations. • Full-time salaried position with competitive commission structure • Monthly earnings potential: 75K-150K ZAR • Work with high-value positions ($70K-$150K+ USD roles) • No desk costs • Exclusive client relationships • Experience in recruitment (preferred) • Entrepreneurial mindset and track record • Previous business ownership experience is a plus • Strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment • Comfort working with senior-level candidates and clients • Rapidly growing brand with strong U.S. market presence • Exclusive search assignments • Strong marketing team support • International exposure and growth opportunities • Flexible daytime hours • Evening calls until 9-10 PM (South African time) for U.S. market coverage • Results-oriented environment • Conduct comprehensive interviews for managerial and senior-level positions • Work with our sourcing team to build candidate pipelines • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes • Track and improve recruitment metrics • Engage with international clients and candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred • Demonstrated track record of success and initiative • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs • Professional demeanor for executive-level interactions • High energy and drive • Strategic problem-solving abilities • Strong focus and ambition • Ability to work independently • Results-oriented mindset
