• We are a fast-growing B-Corp startup that strongly believes every kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. • As our new National Accounts Manager, Foodservice Sales you will be responsible for the development and execution strategy to drive sales of kencko branded products. • You will source, develop and nurture customer relationships, direct and manage sales brokers and distributors, assess market competitiveness and develop item assortment. • This newly created position is ready for the right “entrepreneurial minded” self-starter to build kencko’s presence in Food Service and Alternate Channels from the ground up! • You’ll have the support of a broker team (which you’ll also manage), and an engaged internal cross-functional team to support you along the way.
• 5+ years sales/business development, with hands-on experience across all aspects of the selling cycle, within food service wholesale distribution • Extensive experience managing and collaborating with food service brokers and distributors • Highly developed negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with a wide range of influence skills • Expert understanding of the food service industry with an emphasis on national accounts • Direct P&L responsibility • Ability to wear multiple hats and multi-task with relentless attention to detail • Must demonstrate strong ownership and ability to take initiatives in problem solving • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset, manage multiple situations concurrently, and work independently • A passion for our brand and portfolio! • Bachelor’s degree emphasizing Sales or Marketing, or equivalent business experience • Ability to travel as needed.
