Description

• Kentik is the network observability company serving network professionals. • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), respond to inbound requests and generate quality sales opportunities. • Partner with Sales to develop engagement and account plans for acquiring and expanding accounts. • Maintain a deep understanding of competitors, customer tech stacks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Located in the South/Central region of the U.S. (i.e. Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana) • Demonstrated success in a sales or non-sales goal-oriented environment • Quick learner, able to take initiative, excellent at problem-solving • Intellectual curiosity - always questioning and digging deeper for answers • Proven history of following through with goals and commitments • Ability to think strategically and tactically • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Willingness to travel 1-2+ times per year • Able to occasionally work across US and EMEA times zones (we’re a global team)
