• The Check & Deposits Strategies Manager works under the guidance of the Fraud Models, Strategies and Business Intelligence leader • Responsible for setting the strategy and risk mitigation practices and team for all KeyBank activities in check and deposit transactions • Work closely with Fraud Modeling to set model thresholds and craft strategies • Provides frameworks and tools, reporting, and advice on best practices • Perform sophisticated fraud analyses and strategy support using advanced analytics & data science tools • Supports multiple real-time fraud detection rule systems

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences and 4 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences and 6 years of relevant experience • Advanced proficiency with: • Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint • Query writing/coding including complex joins • Data visualization • Analytical programming languages • Understanding of: • Source systems • Process flow and automation • Skill & Ability to: • Work with big data • Navigate data warehouse and/or data supply chain
