Description
• Directs the efforts of a staff of project managers • Governs the Standard Project Lifecycle • Develops and grows partnerships with senior functional managers • Supports business case development • Manages project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables • Estimates resources needed to achieve project goals • Drafts and submits project budget proposals • Identifies, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues • Leads communication planning and execution • Manages documentation and knowledge transfer to functions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required • PMI certification required • Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry a plus • Knowledge and experience with standard project development/management methodologies and tools required • Five or more years of increasingly complex project related experience required
