• Manage Operational Risk Committee planning and delivery. • Manage integrated planning across the Operational Risk Committee. • Manage planning and logistics for extended leadership routines. • Lead the ORM Document Office ensuring documents remain current. • Oversee ORM third party risk assessments. • Serve as the Ops Risk SME for review and challenge of operational risk information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, will consider equivalent role experience. • Strong governance related experience. • Understanding of the three lines of defense model. • Solid understanding of operational risk. • Strong relationship management skills. • Strong organizational and documentation skills; detail oriented. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environment. • Strong written and oral communications. • Excellent time management skills. • Proven track record of integrity ethics, judgment, and maturity. • Strong with MS Office applications. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Experience with project management.
