Description

• Draft and support the negotiation of agreements in relation to our business activities - market making agreements, OTC agreements, NDA's, lending contracts. • Reviewing and negotiating third party agreements. • General commercial contract negotiation - including technology supplier contracts. • Provide legal advice related to Keyrock’s products and operations globally. • Provide legal support to finance, operations, Compliance, HR and any other internal function where needed. • Interfacing with customers, strategic partners, and industry groups in relation to legal matters. • Interact with external counsels. • Optimize contract management throughout the whole organization.

Requirements

• Relevant legal qualifications and membership of legal industry bodies. • 4-7 years of combined relevant experience at an established law firm and/or in house, with substantive involvement in a combination of Capital Markets, Fintech and/or digital assets industries. • Familiarity with structuring derivatives and options agreements. • A strong track record of delivering practical legal advice and solutions in cross-border financial environments. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and act decisively. • Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct, practical, and results-oriented legal advice that appropriately balances risk and risk mitigants. • Experience working with, and advising senior leadership including C-Suite interaction. • Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible in navigating cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical skills and business judgment. • Qualified in the UK or EU Member State.
