Requirements

• A skilled writer who has examples of scroll-stopping copy that converts. • A marketer with a strong track record of driving acquisition and engagement. • A do-it-yourself analyst who can spin up Explores in GA4 to answer any question. • Obsessed with email. You have a folder full of inspiring subject lines and delightful emails. • An individual contributor who works independently to deliver results (by week, not by quarter). • Someone who is excited to prove the value of a lifecycle program to the broader organization. • Someone with proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organization. • Motivated by the Khan Academy mission “to provide a free world-class education for anyone, anywhere" and have deep empathy for educators. You must be willing to put in the work to learn the teacher voice. • A former classroom teacher (not required, but a huge plus)
