• About Kiddom • Kiddom is a groundbreaking educational platform that promotes student equity and growth by uniting high-quality instructional materials with dynamic digital learning. • The Technical Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in onboarding customers at their start of their journey with Kiddom. • This individual will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to roster, integrate, provision, monitor, to implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with the goals and capabilities of our stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in technical solution design or architecture, with at least 3 years in the K-12 EdTech industry. • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions for large school districts or educational organizations. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven track record of leading technical discussions, managing multiple projects, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other educational platforms is mandatory. • Experience with single sign-on (SSO) solutions, identity management, and user provisioning. • Prior experience working in a product management or technical consulting role within the EdTech space.
