📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and product managers to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. • Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and establish communication channels. • Lead project teams consisting of cross-functional members, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to execute project tasks and deliverables. • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes. • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open and transparent communication. • Document and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, test cases, and issue logs, to support project governance and compliance. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management lifecycle and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business or related post-secondary education • 5+ years demonstrated progressive experience in project management • Proven track record of successfully managing software implementation projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget • Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technology solutions in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Thorough understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
