• Who We Are Catalis is a leading government Software as a Service (SaaS) and integrated payments provider, powering a wide range of government operations at the municipal, county, state, and federal levels. • Our innovative solutions are designed to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the delivery of government services to the public. • At Catalis, we are committed to leveraging technology to make government interactions simpler, faster, and more accessible. • The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Manager to lead and oversee the development team responsible for building and maintaining our next-generation cloud-based Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system. • The Development Manager will play a key role in developing robust applications using the Microsoft stack, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 6+ years in software development with a strong focus on the Microsoft stack, PostgreSQL (or SQL Server), and the cloud • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor WebAssembly • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and management • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and service-based architecture • Knowledge of software architecture and design principles • Familiarity with AWS cloud environment • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with SaaS applications or cloud-based systems • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
