β’ High school diploma or equivalent β’ Possess 5 years of proven success in cold calling to secure appointments. β’ Comfortable communicating with people at the highest levels of an organization. β’ Knack for research and finding the right contact. β’ Proficiency in technology, demonstrating a keen aptitude for learning and adapting to new tools and methodologies in prospecting. β’ Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time and effort between National Account Directors and Business Development Managers (BDMs) β’ Understanding the sales cycle while exercising patience throughout extended sales cycles, particular with large portfolios β’ Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive β’ Maintains a positive attitude β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills. β’ Team Spirited but able to work autonomously with minimal oversight. β’ Detail oriented emphasizing the importance of our CRM for thorough record-keeping and tracking. β’ We like to have fun, so a sense of humor is a must!
