Description

• Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a work-from-home/remote position. • Occasional travel is required, at most 4-6 times per year, to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area. • Critical role in securing appointments for Outside Business Development Managers (BDMs). • Spearheading special projects that align with strategic objectives. • Attend in-person training sessions and company-wide kickoff events held in the DFW area. • Thrive in a dynamic work environment with a flexible schedule. • Driven by goals and possess a relentless desire to excel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years experience cold calling, preferably in an SDR position • Familiarity with CRM software (We use Salesforce) • Proficient user of MS Office • Proficient in utilizing sales enablement tools, including SalesLoft • Expertly collaborate with numerous Business Development Manager (BDMs) in a constantly changing environment. • Quickly grasp the intricacies of different markets, adapting to varying geographies and resonating trends. • Demonstrate adeptness in managing a flexible schedule across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless workflow and communication. • Strong desire to excel and surpass targets. • Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive. • Maintains a positive attitude in all situations. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Team spirited but able to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
