• High school diploma or equivalent • At least year customer experience or successful cold calling experience, preferably in an SDR position • You have our core values, and work in accordance with those values • Able to expertly collaborate with numerous Business Development Managers (BDMs) in a constantly changing environment • Able to quickly grasp the intricacies of different markets, adapting to varying geographies and resonating trends • Demonstrate adeptness in managing a flexible schedule across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless workflow and communication • Possess a strong desire to excel and surpass targets • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive • Maintains a positive attitude • Team Spirited and able to work autonomously with minimal oversight • Reliability and punctuality with a keen eye for detail • We like to have fun, so a sense of humor is a plus • Familiarity with CRM software (We use Salesforce) • Proficient user of MS Office • Proficient in utilizing sales enablement tools, including SalesLoft
