Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree • Requires 5-8 years in-house experience in a startup or health tech environment, Series A and beyond • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM candidates • Proven track record of filing a high volume of candidates per quarter, experience with ATS systems like Ashby is a plus • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-paced, early-stage environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • A passion for Kintsugi's mission to transform mental health access
