β’ Our client, Delcoi is expanding their team and searching for a passionate Design Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help them discover exceptional creative professionals. β’ In this role, you'll be instrumental in building their design team by identifying and connecting with talented individuals who share our vision and values. β’ Core Duties: β’ Build and cultivate a robust network of design professionals and industry connections β’ Utilize recruitment platforms and applicant tracking tools to effectively manage candidate information β’ Monitor and analyze current design industry trends to maintain competitive advantage in talent acquisition β’ Partner with department leaders to understand position requirements and create targeted recruitment plans β’ Conduct portfolio reviews and candidate evaluations to assess technical abilities and team fit β’ Lead candidate relationship management throughout the entire hiring process β’ Develop and enhance recruitment methodologies and best practices β’ Source top-tier design talent through industry events, digital platforms, and professional communities
β’ Professional certification in recruitment or design industry memberships viewed favorably β’ Track record of success in design industry recruitment or talent acquisition β’ Strong portfolio evaluation skills and understanding of design fundamentals β’ Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking platforms β’ Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal communication abilities β’ Proven capacity to excel in fast-paced environments while managing multiple recruitment projects β’ Bachelor's degree preferred in Design, HR, or comparable field β’ Digital or creative industry background highly valued β’ Demonstrated success in identifying and recruiting exceptional design talent β’ Excellence in networking and professional relationship development
