•3+yrs of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies •Experience managing and engaging large volumes of candidates efficiently •Advanced screening capabilities to evaluate skills and cultural alignment •Experience sourcing candidates across different locations •Experience recruiting for Customer Operations roles (Billing, Support Agents, etc.) •Experience designing and improving hiring processes and assessments •Experience working in a globally distributed organization •Experience using Greenhouse (job setup, metrics, managing large volumes of candidates)
