• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a start-up setting • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting in a cyber-focused, hyper-growth company • Experience delivering significant impact as an individual contributor • Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages • Experience using Greenhouse as your ATS
