• Growth company DNA as described above. • Proven success in recruitment, with a track record of consistently delivering on client hiring goals through effective sourcing and screening strategies. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • The ability to work successfully and lead a remote-based team, • a willingness to travel for client meetings and offsites as needed. • Experience in talent acquisition within the SaaS or healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have startup experience in a variety of different spaces.
