Description

• PKH is a nonprofit ed tech company supporting adult learners in UNC System through online delivery. • The Director of Student Services oversees student support services to enhance academic success in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in online student services or a related area within higher education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement student-centered programs and initiatives. • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in student services, particularly in an online learning context. • Proficiency with technology and tools used in virtual education and student support.
