• Kixie is dedicated to transforming how sales teams interact with their leads! • We’re pioneers of an advanced, cloud-based business voice and texting solution. • Currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft seamless and user-friendly experiences. • The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design. • Responsibilities include designing user-centric interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Conduct user research, usability testing and stay updated on UX/UI trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
