• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery. • Plan product releases and set clear expectations for the delivery of new features. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless product development. • Lead scrum meetings and guide teams to achieve project milestones. • Report progress, challenges, and insights to the CTO and other stakeholders. • Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. • Ensure effective communication and alignment of product goals across teams. • Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into product strategies.
