β€’ Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for ambulatory application(s)/module(s) of Epic. β€’ Collaborate with and provide tier-two support to their team and/or counterparts from other applications. β€’ Effectively manages competing and changing priorities. β€’ Under minimal supervision, serves as project lead for key initiatives, including performing project management duties. β€’ Develops, documents, and adheres to the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with related applications and systems. β€’ Interacts professionally with leadership, faculty, staff, and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven ability to successfully execute multiple assignments simultaneously in a matrixed environment. β€’ Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking proficiencies. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Demonstrated troubleshooting competencies. β€’ Excellent organizational management skills. β€’ Project Management skills. β€’ Education: Bachelor's degree (4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree). β€’ Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems with exposure to software development/build lifecycles. β€’ Licenses & Certifications: As specified by the department director, Epic certification for assigned modules are required within eighteen (18) months of hire. Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards. Willow Certification is preferred.
