β’ Knowledge of institutional financial administration policies, procedures, and practices. β’ Knowledge of records management policies and procedures. β’ Knowledge of accounting systems and data. β’ Ability to prepare financial reports using existing systems and data. β’ Customer-service focus that is responsive and empathetic. β’ Relationship building and consultative skills. β’ Strong problem solving, critical-thinking, oral and written communication skills. β’ Fundamental knowledge of accounting practices and agency reimbursement programs. β’ Comfortable working with personal computer/software, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Bachelor's degree is required. β’ Will accept experience in lieu of education. β’ Three (3) years of financial transactions experience or related experience is required.
