Description

• KLSA is looking for a dynamic and innovative IT Strategy Consultant. • Collaborate with a diverse team to craft and deliver customized IT strategies and initiatives. • Develop IT strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives. • Assess current IT environments, identifying gaps and opportunities. • Recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, agility, and scalability. • Design digital transformation strategies to modernize IT capabilities. • Assess risks, benefits, and ROI of IT investments and digital initiatives. • Partner with technology leaders and their teams to understand business challenges, needs, and goals. • Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to the client. • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to gain insights that inform decision-making. • Develop thoughtful solutions with clear, actionable recommendations. • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers and reports. • Mentor junior consultants and help build a high-performing consulting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in IT strategy consulting, management consulting, or related fields. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Track record of supporting complex IT strategy projects. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple client demands simultaneously.
