• Participate in sales management efforts by assisting the Commercial Director • Recruit, train, and support commercial sales agents • Lead educational classes on available technology and resources • Assist with agent coaching and transactions

Requirements

• Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively recruit sales agents; ability to communicate the company’s agent value proposition with clarity and accuracy • Ability to effectively present trainings to sales associates • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Must be proficient with technology tools and teaching agents on utilization of tools • Must have a valid Real Estate or Broker’s license
