📋 Description
• Kodif is an agentic AI customer support platform dedicated to e-commerce companies. • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team and elevate our brand. • Develop and execute a comprehensive product content marketing strategy. • Key responsibilities include orchestrating content creation, managing published content, and collaborating with various departments. • Stay on top of the latest trends and discourse in CX AI.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a PLG SaaS company. • Experience in Customer Service field is a strong plus. • Experience in Event Marketing is a plus. • Proven experience in producing engaging content for various platforms (blogs, LinkedIn, X, Youtube etc.). • Strong understanding of PLG concepts, strategy, and best practices. • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. • Independent mindset, thrives in a fuzzy early-stage company environment. • Expert Fluency in English.
