Description

• Lead and manage a global Security Operations Center (SOC) team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance. • Coordinate incident response activities, including threat detection, containment, and recovery. • Perform and manage digital forensic investigations to analyse and mitigate breaches. • Develop and maintain SOC policies, procedures, and metrics to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. • Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to strengthen the organization’s security posture. • Stay current on emerging threats and integrate intelligence into SOC strategies to proactively manage risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a SOC team or in a cybersecurity leadership role. • Expertise in threat detection, incident response, and forensic investigations, including proficiency with SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms. • Familiarity with global security challenges and strong English communication skills. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are a plus. • Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills to work across teams and train junior staff.
