Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic, high-impact projects with no supervision. • Provide subject matter expertise regarding key process decisions related to industry. • Lead multiple large, complex Workday solutions and projects globally. • Design, configure, test, and implement business requirements across Workday Financial module(s). • Manage project scope, quality, timeline, communication, and overall delivery. • Provide oversight, guidance, and coaching to team members. • Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. • Propose recommendations and alternative solutions to meet client goals. • Advise clients on best practices and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience as a consultant leading Workday implementations or supporting Workday Post-Production / AMS Services. • Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials/Security/Reporting and two additional modules. • Ability to lead workstream(s) on large scale projects for the full project lifecycle. • Broad business and technology understanding and awareness of industry trends in ERP, Accounting, and Financials. • Proven ability to influence diverse audiences, including clients and executive management. • Strong client focus and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards. • Experience managing global teams in people or project management capacity. • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. • Willingness and ability to mentor, coach, and direct other consultants. • Understanding the importance of client satisfaction and ability to apply it. • Communicates client feedback to senior team members. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).
