Description

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base. • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. • Advise clients on best practices and recommend process improvements. • Manage project scope, quality, and timeline for areas of expertise. • Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations. • Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials and at least one additional module. • Ability to lead medium to large projects for the full project lifecycle. • Demonstrated commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
