• Are you a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative looking to advance your career? • Kooner Fleet Management Solutions wants you to join our growing team! • The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new accounts within the transportation and logistics industry. • Your primary goal will be to build relationships, understand customer needs, and promote our fleet maintenance solutions to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue. • This is a remote position which requires the candidate to be based in the Northeast region and travel up to 75% of the time. • Kooner Fleet Management Solutions has quickly grown to become one of the largest Emergency Road Service companies in the U.S. and a leading provider of onsite mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide. • Kooner FMS offers mobile onsite fleet service for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outside sales, with a successful track record in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets. • Must reside in the Northeast region and be willing to travel up to 75%. Valid Driver’s License required. • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in fleet maintenance services or related industries. • Strong understanding of fleet operations and maintenance requirements. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. • Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering results • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & CRM systems. • Must be a problem-solver and possess superb interpersonal skills
