Description

• The role is in charge of facilitating, posting and clearing all third party customer payments for the entities in scope. • Provide accurate and up to date financial information to internal (sales, treasury, etc) and external (customer, auditor, authorities, etc) parties. • Facilitate dispute resolution and maintain clean and up-to-date account balances through inter-departmental cooperation. • Involved in and actively shape the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary. • Adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures as well as internal controls. • Discover, evaluate and resolve issues. Identify and work on process improvements. • Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship.

Requirements

• Education: University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field. • Strong AR knowledge with at least 3 years finance operations role, in SSC. • Experience in a service driven, customer-oriented environment. • Preferably have end-to-end experience, covering the entire process from invoicing to cash application. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. • Good knowledge of SAP FI Module. • Fluent in English.
