β’ Collaborates with other departments to fully understand the communication needs across the North America region. β’ Manages social media and website content, scheduling, and publishing. β’ Draft press releases, internal announcements, pitches, case studies, white papers, scripts, and media summaries. β’ Builds relationships with media contacts and manages media requests promptly and professionally. β’ Assists in planning events and public appearances for company executives and business leaders. β’ Ensures all communication is cohesive with the brand image. β’ Tracks and analyzes media coverage, social media, and website analytics to inform future campaigns. β’ Organizes, schedules, and assists in preparing key leaders for press interviews. β’ Assists in preparing presentations and speeches and informing groups, executives, and the general public about the latest regional updates. β’ Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area, such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique. β’ Conducts competitive research and social listening. β’ Manages the digital assets for the region and creates and coordinates multimedia packages, branded assets, and templates. β’ Performs other duties as assigned.
β’ Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and initiatives. β’ Experience in copywriting and editing with excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Highly computer literate with experience in Microsoft products. β’ Graphic design skills, e.g., photo and video-editing skills, are an asset. β’ Proven social media and networking expertise (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.). β’ Strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail. β’ Experience and technical skills to maintain websites is an asset. β’ Must have innovative and strategic thinking skills. β’ Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.
