Description
• KSS Immersion Schools, Inc. is a rapidly growing education company focused on language immersion • Looking for a Staff Accountant to manage billing and accounts receivable • Responsible for full-cycle accounting tasks, month-end close duties, and account reconciliations • Must have experience managing complicated billing procedures, especially in a school setting
Requirements
• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting • Experience with Veracross, highly desired • 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including Accounts Receivable/Billing/Invoice Management/Collections • 3+ years with an enterprise general ledger, Sage Intacct a big plus • 2+ years experience with payroll/journal entries, and benefits reconciliation • Customer-Service oriented, able to work with difficult customers without getting flustered or frustrated • Proactive self-starter with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines • Extremely detail oriented and strong organizational skills • Team player with a strong work ethic; must be able to collaborate cross functionally • Excel power-user with strong MS Office/Google Workspace experience
