• KSS Immersion Schools, Inc. is a rapidly growing education company • Mission is to bring world-class language immersion programs to families • Looking for a Staff Accountant with experience managing billing and accounts receivable • Responsible for day-to-day billing management, full-cycle accounting, and month-end close duties • Candidates must have great attention to detail and ability to improve processes

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting • Experience with Veracross, highly desired • 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including Accounts Receivable/Billing/Invoice Management/Collections • 3+ years with an enterprise general ledger, Sage Intacct a big plus • 2+ years experience with payroll/journal entries, and benefits reconciliation • Customer-Service oriented, able to work with difficult customers without getting flustered or frustrated • Proactive self-starter with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines • Extremely detail oriented and strong organizational skills • Team player with a strong work ethic; must be able to collaborate cross functionally • Excel power-user with strong MS Office/Google Workspace experience
