Description

• Provide operational and commercial support to merchants during the integration process. • Analyze the results of the assigned portfolio, manage operations with merchants, and ensure the CRM is updated with current portfolio information. • Map processes, create generic presentations, and identify deficiencies in repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, telesales or a similar role. (focused in inbound and outbound) • Experience in the B2B Fintech industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Spreadsheets (Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Intermediate English proficiency • Knowledge and experience in Ecommerce platforms (shopify, magento, woocommerce, prestashop)
