• As a Partner Manager at Kustomer, you will support our efforts in scaling and enriching our business network through strategic partnerships. • Identify, develop and onboard new strategic partners focused on mainly BPOs, consultants, and select technology partners. • Be a trusted advisor to these partners, supporting them throughout their relationship with Kustomer. • Own relationships at all levels of the partner organization with the goal of driving qualified business to Kustomer, and to the partner. • Understand, build and manage both a strategic and tactical plan with partners that aids in meeting business goals/objectives for the partnership. • Be revenue oriented, understanding how to reach financial goals and objectives, while also being strategically minded and creative in how to reach those revenue goals and build a strong partnership.
• 7+ years of experience in Partnerships and/or Sales • Experience identifying, onboarding and building strategic technology partnerships focused on strong GTM opportunity • Strong business acumen and ability to think analytically • Demonstrated ability to be versatile and highly-organized with acute attention to details • Ability to successfully manage multiple work-streams and prioritize competing priorities • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Intelligent, persistent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong skills with Google Docs and Salesforce CRM is a plus • Openness to coaching and training • Willingness to travel
