Description

• Manage 3-8 top tier clients, build deep relationships with stakeholders • Oversee end-to-end customer relationship post-sale • Focus on product adoption and customer success • Understand customer KPIs and business outcomes • Channel customer feedback to product organization • Act as customer advocate and manage escalations • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers • Expand list of reference-able customers • Role may involve handling sensitive personal data • Client on-site travel required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 8+ years of Customer Success or Account Management with a technical SaaS product • Industry and/or technical domain knowledge in SaaS, CRM, CX/Support Software, or APIs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with project management background • Ability to quickly build rapport and simplify processes • Experience advocating for customers’ needs and driving solutions • Creative problem-solving skills • Data-driven approach to process/product improvements • Empathy for team members and customers
