Description

• As a Client Success Manager, you will own the customer lifecycle for each of your accounts, including the implementation of Success Programs, contributing to revenue growth, managing the onboarding process, training clients, and minimizing churn. • Responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for accounts, maintaining regular communication, understanding the role of each contact within an account, managing contract renewal process, identifying revenue opportunities, preparing and delivering reviews, maintaining account records, analyzing customer data, and more. • Additionally, you will be responsible for project management which involves ensuring ongoing projects are on track, preparing and maintaining timelines, scheduling client communications, providing customer support, delivering training sessions, and maintaining team collaboration. • You should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Experience with CMS such as WordPress or Drupal, Google Sheets, and an Analytics platform like Google Data Studio is desired. Strong written and verbal communication, self-drive, and knowledge of customer success processes are also important.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Self-driven with a growth mindset and a proven track record of self-improvement • Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Drupal • Ability to perform analysis in Google Sheets • Experience with an Analytics platform such as Google Data Studio • Knowledge of customer success processes
