β€’ Help customers succeed through Customer Success activities and outcomes β€’ Drive customer success outcomes, including renewal and up-sell β€’ Define and optimize customer lifecycle β€’ Manage customer success activities, including onboarding, training, support, renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, and advocacy β€’ Deliver sales-related advice and strategies to customers β€’ Foster collaboration within team and across customer lifecycle β€’ Inspire customer success across company β€’ Produce blog content twice a month

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations β€’ Strong grasp of technology β€’ Ideally combined background of post-sale account management and sales experience β€’ Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth β€’ Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models β€’ Analytical and process-oriented mindset β€’ Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement β€’ Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Experience within a software company preferred β€’ Ability to write well-crafted emails and blog posts are a must

Benefits

β€’ 3 weeks paid time off in the first year, 4 weeks after first year β€’ Pay range from $54,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience β€’ Remote position
