β€’ Responsible for managing a defined book of business β€’ Ensure customers successfully deploy, adopt, and maintain Givzey solutions β€’ Drive adoption of tools, generate referrals, and drive customer loyalty β€’ Strive to understand customer's needs and how Givzey can help them β€’ Oversee implementation and training of Givzey Solutions β€’ Create engaged clients and promote organic growth

Requirements

β€’ Strong passion for Givzey's mission, E-commerce, and/or finance β€’ Ability to work closely with functional teams internally β€’ Minimum 3 months prior work experience, preferably in sales, customer success, or fundraising β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills β€’ Creativity and strong critical reasoning skills β€’ Willingness to take on greater responsibility and contribute to overall goals
