• The Analyst, CRM supports CRM efforts in collaboration with marketing partners. • Drives campaign design, quality assurance, and list delivery preparation through Unica Campaign. • Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of campaign execution and business processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Bachelors degree preferred. • Previous retail experience strongly preferred. • Previous CRM experience strongly preferred. • Minimum Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job. • Certifications: None • Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical skills; proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Access, familiarity with Unica and CRM software.
