Description

• Customer Experience team designing and delivering world-class experiences • responsible for mastering the Kustomer platform • taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them • partnering with customers to solve their unique problems • ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues • documenting technical knowledge for internal and external audiences • providing step-by-step technical help • empathizing with customer perspectives • escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams • conducting ad hoc client training • participating in team projects • handling sensitive personal data • available for shifts to ensure 24/5 coverage • available to work 11am - 8pm EST, Monday - Friday

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience with SaaS companies and startups a plus • demonstrated understanding of JavaScript, JSON, Rest API, HTML, React, and/or TypeScript • experience using developer tools, APIs and error logs to diagnose and troubleshoot client issues • technically curious and strive to learn continuously • strong communication etiquette to ensure constructive relationships with colleagues and customers
