• Bachelor’s Degree. • Life and Health Insurance license. • 3+ years of experience in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling. • Strong organizational skills. • Self-motivated work ethic. • Strong communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 60%) as needed. • Dynamic individual and group presentation skills. • Must project a positive, professional image and conduct. • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with sales CRM software.
