• Oversee Kyriba’s FX solutions business for EMEA • Drive sales, minimize churn, and create demand for FX Risk solutions • Provide subject matter expertise to prospective and existing clients • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and sales teams for demand generation • Provide thought leadership and develop marketing content for campaigns and resources • Support European Sales Team and Partner Enablement with training and resources • Ensure FX topics are well represented in marketing efforts • Conduct competitive analysis and provide product feedback to management

Requirements

• Proven track record in treasury risk management and FX advisory/consulting • Strong understanding of Foreign Exchange risk management strategies employed by corporations • Experience with supporting Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Transactional hedging programs • Deep financial and economic understanding of derivative instruments and valuation treatments • Experience with accounting standards inclusive of Hedge Accounting treatment managed by corporations • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and reports • 5 to 10 years relevant experience in treasury, cash management or corporate finance, or in a technology role related to these practices • Bachelor's of Science in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline strongly preferred • Ability to communicate technical and business information to varied audiences • Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills • Ability to understand business processes and problems • Ability to understand financial data relationships and how that data can solve business problems • Ability to multi-task and represent multiple subjects and products • Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements related to Treasury services • Ability to develop awareness of the client's financial technical architecture and emerging technologies • Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
