β€’ Respond to clinician and patient billing related inquiries β€’ Work cross-functionally across sales, operations, billing, and lab teams β€’ Maintain appropriate response time in various communication platforms β€’ Identify issues and suggest potential improvements β€’ Collaborate with team to develop best practices β€’ Maintain an assigned schedule and be flexible β€’ Effectively communicate, resolve, and document billing related inquiries β€’ Participate in projects that stretch thinking outside the box

Requirements

β€’ Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required β€’ Minimum 1+ year customer service experience required β€’ Previous healthcare/call center experience strongly preferred β€’ RCM experience preferred β€’ Ability to work remote β€’ Ability to work independently and commit to a structure environment β€’ Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (i.e. Salesforce) β€’ Bilingual a plus β€’ Must have high level Internet speed (50 mbps) connectivity β€’ Dedicated work from home space β€’ Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity β€’ Must meet weekly and monthly production goals β€’ Effective communication skills β€’ Alpha-Numeric Data Entry proficiency β€’ 10 key experience
